很早以前,人们就已经注意到研究鼻腔通气功能的重要性,并随之研究出多种测量鼻腔通气度的方法,这在很大程度上促进了鼻科学的发展。目前,新的检测方法不断出现,虽各有优点,但仍有不足。现对鼻腔通气度检测的研究进展概述如下。 1 检测流量的方法 早在1882年Paulsen等撰写了许多关于鼻腔气流的著作。其后Zwaardemaker(1889)和Glatzel(1903)先后采用带有刻度的金属板置于鼻孔之前,根据呼出气流中水蒸气在金属板上凝集范围的大小和时间来判断鼻腔通气度。Heetderks(1927)则根据
