煤矿水害事故是危及煤矿安全生产和人民生命安全的重大灾害之一,给国民经济造成了巨大损失,近几年来发生的新生界松散含水层突水淹井灾害则更是出人意料,防不胜防。据初步统计,目前我国原统配煤矿中的水体下尤其是承压水体上压煤储量高达数百亿吨,占总储量的30%以上,全国仅受底板承压岩溶水体威胁的矿井就多达150处,而且随着开采水平的延深,其数量将逐渐增加,水灾害威胁程度也将越来越严重,现有知识水平以及对水灾害的认知程度也越来越显得不足。为了对煤矿突水灾害作出正确的预测预报,皖北煤电祁东煤矿采用新技术手段的地下水位遥测及报警系统对长观孔水位实施动态监测,及时、快速、有效地获取地下水动态监测数据,为正确及时的掌握地下水动态变化规律提供基础数据。
