现将我院近8a来收治的19例阴囊Paget病诊治相关问题分析如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组年龄46～78岁,平均64.5岁。病程6个月～14a,平均4a。因临床表现为局部皮肤瘙痒、糜烂、渗出、覆盖鳞屑或结痂,病变范围边界较清晰,多数患者就诊于皮肤科,按阴囊湿疹或皮炎等治疗无效后,行活检细胞学确诊转至泌尿外科。
