行政督察制度是新桂系统治广西时期的一项重要行政制度,在全国为首创。新桂系创设这一制度,旨在加强全省行政统一和省政府的权威,确保其政令的贯彻实施。它是新桂系集权政治在行政运作上的表现,虽然在实施中也存在缺陷和弊端,但成效是明显的,对维护新桂系的割据政权发挥了重要作用。
The system of administrative inspector is an important administrative system during the Guangxi rule of the New Guangxi Guanxi System and pioneered throughout the country. The new Gui system created this system with the aim of strengthening the province’s administrative unification and the authority of the provincial government and ensuring the implementation of its government decrees. It is the manifestation of the new Gui Autonomous Centralized Politics in administrative operation. Although there are flaws and drawbacks in its implementation, the results are obvious and play an important role in maintaining the separatist regime of the new Gui system.
