论文主要介绍针对某型中速柴油机研制的中压共轨液力增压式电控燃油喷射系统,并在柴油机电子-液压控制试验台上进行了试验研究,分析了部分控制参数与喷油参数间的动态性能影响规律,确定了喷油量、喷油压力、喷油正时、喷油规律等参数的调节途径,并针对该系统的稳定性、适应性及各参数的可控性进行了分析研究.试验结果表明:该系统具有良好的稳定性,参数调节灵活,并能适应不同的柴油机工况,尤其适用于中速柴油机.
This paper mainly introduces the medium pressure common rail hydraulic booster electronic control fuel injection system developed for a medium speed diesel engine and carries out experimental research on the Diesel Electronic-Hydraulic Control Test Bench.
