针对定脉动油压调节系统,提出了利用脉动油压随机变化的力平衡残差进行故障检测的方法。建立了以压力信号为输出量的汽轮机调节系统卡涩故障模型,以卡涩故障机理模型为指导,找到了卡涩故障的特征变量———力平衡残差,分析了力平衡残差的方差随卡涩程度的变化规律:正常情况下力平衡残差方差很小;轻度、中等卡涩时力平衡残差的方差正比于卡涩程度;严重卡涩时力平衡残差的方差显著增大。基于力平衡残差的统计特征构造出了简明有效的卡涩故障检测方法。
Aiming at fixed pulsating hydraulic pressure regulating system, a method of fault detection based on stochastic variation of force balance residuals is proposed. The jamming fault model of steam turbine governing system with pressure signal as output is established.
