国人的开门七件事:柴、米、油、盐、酱、醋、茶,其中调味料占了三个,可见调味制品在居民日常生活中占的地位。无论是从调味品应用历史来看,还是从数量品种来看,中国都居世界首位。中华烹饪博大精深,调味品功不可没。好菜的味道是调出来的。烹饪时差一种调味品,味道可能就要差出十万八千里。这些五花八门的调味品在很大程度上还左右着居民的美味生活。试想一下,如果调味品质量不过关,甚至是假冒伪劣产品,这日子恐怕就“不是滋味”了。
