目的探讨大鼠中脑导水管周围灰质内神经降压素和β-内啡肽对痛阈的影响。方法本工作以钾离子透入法引起大鼠甩尾反应的电流强度(mA)为痛反应指标,观察了大鼠中脑导水管周围灰质内注入β-内啡肽、抗β-内啡肽血清和神经降压素对大鼠痛阈的影响。结果中脑导水管周围灰质内注入β-内啡肽后,大鼠痛阈明显升高;注入抗β-内啡肽血清后,大鼠痛阈则明显降低。中脑导水管周围灰质内注入微量神经降压素后,可明显加强β-内啡肽的镇痛效应。结论NT参与中脑导水管周围灰质内注射β-内啡肽引起的镇痛效应。
Objective To investigate the effects of neurotensin and β-endorphin on the pain threshold in the periaqueductal gray of rats. Methods In this study, the current intensity (mA) induced by potassium ion penetration in rat tail flick reaction was regarded as the index of pain reaction. The β-endorphin and β-endorphin Effect of serum and neurotensin on pain threshold in rats. Results After injection of β-endorphin into the gray matter around the central cerebral aqueduct, the pain threshold was significantly increased in rats. The pain threshold of rats was significantly decreased after injection of anti-β-endorphin serum. The injection of trace neurotensin into the gray matter around the midbrain can significantly enhance the analgesic effect of β-endorphin. Conclusion NT participates in the analgesic effect of β-endorphin administration in the gray matter around the midbrain.
