目的 :研究生苦黄颗粒剂对 型及 型超敏反应的作用。方法 :分别建立 、 型超敏反应的实验动物模型 ,对实验小鼠给予生苦黄颗粒进行动物实验。结果 :生苦黄颗粒剂浸膏 0 .16m l/ 2 0 g抑制实验鼠毛细血管通透性( P <0 .0 0 1) ,0 .16ml/ 2 0 g抑制 Weister大鼠同种被动皮肤过敏反应 ( P<0 .0 1) ,0 .16ml/ 2 0 g抑制二硝基氟苯所致昆明种小鼠变态反应性接触性皮炎 ( P <0 .0 1)。结论 :生苦黄颗粒剂对于 型及 型超敏反应有较明显的抑制作用
Objective: The effect of graduated Bitter Yellow Granules on type and type hypersensitivity. METHODS: Animal models of hypersensitivity and type of hypersensitivity were established respectively. Animal experiments were conducted on experimental mice with raw bitter yellow particles. RESULTS: Shengqihuang granules extract 0.16m l / 2g inhibited capillary permeability of rats (P <0.01) and 0.16ml / 2g inhibited passive skin of Weister rats. Allergic reactions (P < 0.01), 0.16 ml / 20 g inhibited allergic contact dermatitis caused by dinitrofluorobenzene in Kunming mice (P < 0.01). Conclusion : Shengbihuang granules have obvious inhibitory effect on type and type hypersensitivity
