目的分析2007～2009年广东省中成药的生产销售量,研究其中各剂型的使用趋势。方法对2007～2009年度广东省医院中成药采购品种及剂型进行统计,分析总结出各剂型的使用比例。结果注射剂、胶囊剂、片剂和颗粒剂都占每年销售额的前4名,广东生产的前10名的中成药重点品种全部属于传统口服剂型。结论广东中成药各剂型使用基本合理,中成药新剂型的研究开发相对滞后。
Objective To analyze the production and sales volume of proprietary Chinese medicines in Guangdong Province from 2007 to 2009 and study the usage trend of each dosage form. Methods Statistics were made on the varieties and dosage forms of proprietary Chinese medicines purchased from Guangdong Provincial Hospital from 2007 to 2009, and the proportion of each dosage form was analyzed. Results Injections, capsules, tablets and granules accounted for the top 4 sales each year. The top 10 proprietary Chinese medicines produced in Guangdong are all traditional oral dosage forms. Conclusion The use of various proprietary Chinese medicines in Guangdong is basically reasonable and the research and development of new proprietary Chinese medicines is lagging behind.
