体外循环(CPB)可改变患儿的甲状腺功能,为更好了解甲状腺素水平变化的原因,作者对23例先心患儿行CPB者的垂体-甲状腺轴影响进行了研究比较。12例行中度低温下CPB,但不用深低温停循环(DHCA),另11例行CPB及DHCA。作者采CPB前中后9个时点的血样:①诱导后,肝素化前;②建立CPB即刻,降温前;③在降温至目标体温一半时;④CPB组最低体温或在DHCA组行DHCA即刻;⑤复温过程中;⑥撤CPB前即刻;⑦穿胸骨钢线时;⑧术后第1天晨;⑨术
Cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) can change children’s thyroid function, in order to better understand the reasons for changes in thyroid hormone levels, 23 cases of children with congenital heart disease in children with pituitary-thyroid axis were compared. 12 moderate hypothermia CPB, but without deep hypothermic circulatory arrest (DHCA), the other 11 cases of CPB and DHCA. The authors collected blood samples before and after CPB at nine time points: ① after induction, before heparinization; ② establishment of CPB immediately before cooling; ③ at half the time of cooling to target body temperature; ④ CPB group, ⑤ rewarming process; ⑥ immediately before withdrawal of CPB; ⑦ wear sternal steel wire; ⑧ first day after surgery; ⑨ surgery
