长期以来,交通运输基础设施建设一直存在着重通道、轻枢纽的现象,基础设施的空间布局与功能缺乏有效衔接。受管理体制的影响,多种运输方式分别自建枢纽,致使枢纽建设没有整体规划,而且相互间衔接不畅,不仅给旅客带来了不便,还加大了综合运输成本,而且降低了整体运输效率。为配合综合运输体系的协调发展,大型站场向综合交通枢纽方向转型发展已是箭在弦上。—国家发展和改革委员会综合运输研究所主任郭文龙
