(一)前 言 由于LD氧气顶吹转炉的迅速发展,陈旧的铸锭系统成为生产能力进一步提高的薄弱环节;老的钢厂技术改造时,炉前生产能力成倍增加,原有整脱模能力也显不足。因而,如何简化铸锭工序,改善冶炼与铸锭不相适应的被动局面,成了冶金工作者的研究课题。 基于上述原因,近十几年来绝热板浇钢新技术在许多国家得到迅速推广。我国从1974年开始绝热板的试验研究,八年来经许多科研单位、生产厂的科技工作者和工人的共同努力,现在国内已逐步推广。
