Binswanger’s痴呆又称皮层下动脉硬化性脑病。国内报告甚少,现将我们观察的1例报告如下。女性,57岁,因选择性、波动性记忆障碍2年,全面性智能障碍伴动作迟缓1年。于1988年4月29日首次入院。外院作过脑脊液(CSF)检查正常,接受过多种维生素治疗无明显效果。既往高血压史不详。体检:血压14.7/9.33kPa,眼底动脉硬化Ⅱ,右侧肢体肌张力增高,行走时动作笨拙,双掌颏反射(+), Binswanger’s dementia, also known as subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy.
