通过对圆柱光滑试样的缓慢拉伸试验以及对圆柱缺口试样和预裂纹紧凑拉伸试样的静载持久试验,研究了40CrMnSiMoVA 钢经甲醇裂解气氛保护加热后的氢脆倾向,通过分析和比较试验结果,得出预裂纹紧凑拉伸试样的静载持久试验适宜研究此类氢脆的结论,并讨论了在无法精确测定氢含量时对氢脆倾向定量考虑的方法。
The tendency of hydrogen embrittlement of 40CrMnSiMoVA steel heated and protected by methanol pyrolysis atmosphere was studied by slow tensile test of cylindrical smooth specimen and long-term static load test of cylindrical notched specimen and pre-cracked compact tensile specimen. Comparing the test results, it is concluded that the static load test of pre-cracked compact tensile specimens is suitable for the conclusion of hydrogen embrittlement. The method of quantitatively considering the tendency of hydrogen embrittlement when the hydrogen content can not be accurately determined is discussed.
