电力企业是国民经济的支柱产业,满足了百姓生活和社会生产的电力需求,创造了巨大的经济效益和社会效益,在经济社会快速发展的今天,电力企业的作用日益突出。但相对而言,我国电力企业起步较晚,经验不足,经营管理水平较低,不利于电力企业的长远发展。对此,本文分析了电力企业经营管理现状,并探讨了控制对策。 Electricity enterprises are the pillar industries of the national economy and meet the electricity demand of people’s lives and social production. They have created tremendous economic and social benefits. With the rapid economic and social development, the power enterprises play an increasingly prominent role. However, relatively speaking, China’s power companies started late, lack of experience, management level is low, is not conducive to the long-term development of power companies. In this regard, this paper analyzes the status quo of power enterprises management, and discusses the control measures.
