主任李勇武：中共党员,高级工程师,大学本科学历。曾任天津市化工局局长、市经委主任,化工部党组成员、副部长,国家石油和化学工业局党组书记、局长,中央人民政府驻澳门特别行政区联络办公室副主任,中国石油和化学工业协会常务副会长等职务。现任中国石油和化学工业协会会长,协会党委常务副书记,第十届全国政协常委。
