水膨胀橡胶是一种新型防水材料 ,具有优良的止水性能。但止水橡胶在深水工程中的受力分析和破坏模式却很少研究。主要阐述了深水条件下膨胀橡胶的止水机理 ,从接面压力和材料力学特征分析了止水橡胶结构失效的 3种模式 ,从而给出了止水橡胶的计算模型。该模型在计算中充分考虑了 3种失效模式 ,并结合工程实例进行了具体的计算分析 ,对指导深水工程防水设计具有较高的参考价值
Water-swellable rubber is a new type of waterproof material with excellent water-stopping properties. However, few studies have been conducted on the mechanical analysis and failure modes of water-stop rubber in deepwater engineering. This paper mainly expounds the water-stopping mechanism of expansive rubber under deepwater conditions. Based on the interface pressure and the mechanical characteristics of the material, the three modes of failure of the water-resisting rubber structure are analyzed, and the calculation model of the water-stopping rubber is given. The model takes full account of the three failure modes in the calculation and carries out specific calculation and analysis in combination with engineering examples, which has a high reference value for guiding the waterproof design of deepwater engineering
