目前大型矿井副立井提升一般装备2套提升设备,一套升降矸石、物料、人员及设备,另一套交通罐用于升降零星人员,并在主提升设备故障时进行应急提升。但是小型矿井副立井一般只装备一套提升设备,在故障时井下人员不能安全升井。统计表明,副立井故障一般为电气设备故障,主要包括电动机和电控系统。提出备用一套电动机及电控系统,在主系统设备故障时,采用备用系统将井下人员安全升井。
