目的了解某石化单位职工健康状况,以制定相应干预及健康防病措施。方法采用描述流行病学方法,对职工体检结果进行分析。结果 742名职工中低密度胆固醇增高318人,异常率42.86%;甘油三脂增高206人,异常率27.76%;血压异常137人,异常率18.46%;血糖增高53人,异常率7.14%。结论职工的血压及血液生化指标异常率较高,与年龄、性别、职业及生活方式有一定的关系。建议给予适当干预,预防和减少现患疾病的发生。 Objective To understand the health status of employees in a petrochemical unit in order to formulate appropriate interventions and preventative measures. Methods Using descriptive epidemiological methods, the results of staff examination were analyzed. Results Among 742 workers, the median low-density cholesterol increased by 318, the abnormality rate was 42.86%; the triglyceride increased by 206, the abnormal rate was 27.76%; the abnormal blood pressure was 137, the abnormal rate was 18.46%; Conclusion The employees have abnormal blood pressure and blood biochemical abnormalities, and have certain relationship with age, sex, occupation and lifestyle. It is advisable to give appropriate interventions to prevent and reduce the incidence of current illness.
