《社会行政》作为社会工作专业核心课程,实践性是其重要特点,该课程教学侧重对学生分析和解决问题能力的培养。模拟社会服务机构较好地平衡了教学资源、课程特色和学习特点,适用于课程的实践教学。本研究根据相关学习理论,以北京S高校教学实践为案例,探讨了模拟社会服务机构教学法在社会行政实践教学中的适用性、优势及挑战。
As a core course of social work, “social administration” is an important characteristic of practicality. This course focuses on training students in analyzing and solving problems. The simulated social service institution has balanced teaching resources, curriculum features and learning characteristics well and is suitable for the practice teaching of the curriculum. Based on the related learning theory and the teaching practice in Beijing S University, this study explores the applicability, advantages and challenges of simulating social service organization teaching in social administrative practice teaching.
