21世纪的竞争是速度和集中的竞争,全球经济呈现出动态的、不确定的快速竞争状态,实施客户关系管理。(CRM)战略将成为保险公司竞争战略的核心。 CRM系统是一套基于大型数据仓库的客户资料分析系统。CRM系统通过先进的数据仓库技术和数据挖掘技术,分析现有客户和潜在客户相关的需求、模式、机会、风险和成本,从而最大限度地赢得企业整体经济效益。实施客户管理系统是保险营销的必由之路,是在互联网环境下与市场五种竞争力量的动态博弈中不断获得竞争优势的保证。CRM的目标一方面通过提供更快速和周到的优质服务吸引和保持更多的客户,另一方面通过对业务流程的全面管理减低企业成本。
The competition in the 21st century is speed and concentrated competition. The global economy has shown a dynamic and uncertain state of rapid competition and implemented customer relationship management. (CRM) strategy will become the core of the insurer’s competitive strategy. CRM system is based on a large data warehouse customer data analysis system. CRM system through advanced data warehouse technology and data mining technology, analysis of existing customers and potential customers related needs, models, opportunities, risks and costs, so as to maximize the overall economic efficiency of enterprises. The implementation of customer management system is the only way of insurance marketing, is the guarantee of continuous gaining competitive advantage in the dynamic game of five competitive forces under the Internet environment and the market. The goal of CRM, on the one hand, is to attract and retain more customers by providing faster and more thoughtful service on the one hand and to lower the costs of the business through the overall management of business processes on the other hand.
