针对小湾拱坝的施工现状,考虑了混凝土的热学参数及边界条件历时过程、混凝土浇筑过程以及通水冷却措施等因素,应用瞬态热传导三维有限元分析方法对拱坝施工期的温度场进行动态仿真计算,分析了坝体在施工期温度场的时空分布规律,并与监测温度值进行了对比分析.计算结果表明:整个温度场分布规律与监测资料基本吻合,仿真结果较为合理.同时,该研究成果对小湾拱坝施工过程中温控措施的合理性也进行了有效论证.
In view of the construction status of Xiaowan Arch Dam, considering the thermal parameters of concrete, the duration of boundary conditions, the process of concrete pouring and the measures of water cooling, the transient thermal conductivity three-dimensional finite element method is used to analyze the temperature field during the construction of arch dam Dynamic simulation calculation and analysis of the spatial and temporal distribution of the temperature field in the dam during construction period, and compared with the monitoring temperature value.The results show that the distribution law of the entire temperature field is basically consistent with the monitoring data, and the simulation results are reasonable.At the same time, The research results also validate the rationality of temperature control measures during construction of Xiaowan Arch Dam.
