男性生殖道感染对男性生殖功能的影响已引起人们重视,许多学者认为,一些难以解释的男性不育可能是由于难以诊断的或亚临床期男性生殖道感染所致。但临床检查中缺乏快速、准确的检测方法,为此,我们用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)标记M. lysodeikticus的快速酶标记法,检测生育、不育男性精浆溶菌酶含量,并就精浆溶菌酶含量与精液细菌培养、白细胞计数、抗精子抗体(ASAb)和精浆免疫抑制物(SPIM)之间的关系进行了初步调查,现报告如下。一、材料与方法 1.受检对象生育组(n=37)为妻子怀孕6~8个月的健康男性,平均年龄27.0岁;不育组(n=107)
