随着高速公路的建设,路面的水损害问题已经越来越引起道路工作者的重视,在高速公路的建设之初,大家对半刚性基层沥青路面的车辙和开裂问题研究比较多,但是对路面的水损害问题研究不足。但是,我国许多高速公路在春融季节或者雨季或者在一场雨过后,公路上开始出现泛白浆,甚至发展为坑槽,水损害问题已经成为高速公路通车后最引人注目的早期损害,普遍公认为它是我国高速公路沥青路面早期破坏中
