目的:采用星点设计-效应面法优选淫羊藿炮制工艺。方法:选取炮制温度、炮制时间为主要影响因素,以淫羊藿苷与宝藿苷I总含量为评价指标,HPLC测定指标成分含量,采用星点设计-效应面法优选淫羊藿的炮制工艺。结果:最佳炮制工艺为炮制温度160℃,炮制时间7 min。实测值与预测值RSD-2.59%,建立的模型有较好预测性。结论:优选的淫羊藿炮制工艺简便稳定,可用于淫羊藿药材的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the processing of Epimedium by using the method of star point design-response surface method. Methods: The processing temperature and processing time were selected as the main influential factors. The total content of icariin and treasure glycoside I was used as the evaluation index, and the content of the index components was determined by HPLC. The star-point design-response surface method was used to optimize the processing technology of Epimedium . Results: The best processing technology was processing temperature 160 ℃, processing time 7 min. The measured value and the predicted value of RSD-2.59%, the established model has better predictability. Conclusion: The optimal epimedium process is simple and stable, which can be used for the quality control of Epimedium.
