8K型电力机车IGBT辅助逆变器于1996年10月初装车试运行,至今运行状况正常。本文介绍了该逆变器方案的比较选择、控制电路和驱动电路。控制电路由电源变换、脉冲分配和检测保护环节三部分组成;驱动电路重点介绍了减少电磁干扰的设计要求和IGBT短路检测与保护的参数选择。同时还给出部分试验结果。
The 8K electric locomotive IGBT auxiliary inverter was put into trial operation in early October, 1996 and has operated normally till now. This article describes the comparison of the inverter options, control circuit and drive circuit. The control circuit is composed of three parts: power conversion, pulse distribution and detection and protection. The driving circuit focuses on the design requirements of reducing electromagnetic interference and the parameter selection of IGBT short-circuit detection and protection. At the same time also gives some test results.
