Beijing Municipality Provisional Regulations on Levying and Preventing Flood Control Construction Maintenance and Management Fee [Press] Provisional Regulations on Levying and Preventing Flood Control Construction and Maintenance in Beijing Municipality have been approved by the municipal government and promulgated by Order of Beijing Municipality (No. 21 of 1994) Since October 15, 1994 shall come into force. Now published as follows. Article 1 In order to strengthen flood control project construction and maintenance and management and improve flood control and disaster prevention capability
