在故障后系统新的平衡点在线预测的基础上,提出了一种新的发电机组励磁和调速相协调的最优变目标控制策略。它不仅能够最大限度地挖掘励磁调节器和调速器对系统暂态稳定的控制能力,而且利用发电机组的就地信息实现了分散预测与控制,便于工程应用。对一个3机9节点系统的仿真结果表明,在线预测方法总能够快速预测到最近的系统故障后新的平衡点,引导最优变目标控制系统快速收敛,而且对不同的网络结构和故障类型具有一定的自适应能力,提高了系统暂态稳定性,改善了系统的动态品质。
Based on the online forecast of the new equilibrium point of the post-fault system, a new optimal target control strategy is proposed, which is coordinated by excitation and speed control. It not only can excavate the control ability of excitation regulator and governor to the transient stability of the system to the maximum, but also realizes the decentralized prediction and control by using the local information of generating set, which is convenient for engineering application. The simulation results of a 3-machine 9-bus system show that the on-line forecasting method can always predict the new equilibrium point after the recent system failure, guide the optimal target control system to converge quickly, and have different network structures and fault types Certain adaptive ability improves the system transient stability and improves the dynamic quality of the system.
