目的建立高效液相色谱法测定酱菜中脱氢乙酸的测定不确定度分析方法,以评定测定结果的质量,找出主要影响因素。方法根据方法建立不确定度的数学模型,系统分析计算结果的不确定度各分量。结果当脱氢乙酸含量分别为0.200 g/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.0064 g/kg。其中回收率对测量不确定度影响最大。结论此方法适用于评估高效液相色谱法测定酱菜中脱氢乙酸的测定的不确定度。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of dehydroacetic acid in pickles by HPLC and to evaluate the quality of determination results and find the main influencing factors. Methods Based on the method, a mathematical model of uncertainty was established and the components of the uncertainty of the calculation results were systematically analyzed. Results When the dehydroacetic acid content was 0.200 g / kg, the expanded uncertainty was 0.0064 g / kg. The recovery rate has the greatest influence on the measurement uncertainty. Conclusion This method is suitable for assessing the uncertainty of the determination of dehydroacetic acid in pickles by high performance liquid chromatography.
