运用硅胶、MCI、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及半制备型HPLC等色谱方法,从红大戟95%乙醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物,通过理化性质和NMR、MS等波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构为1,3-二羟基-2-羧基-9,10-蒽醌(1),1-甲氧基-3,6-二羟基-2-羟甲基-9,10-蒽醌(2),1,2,3-三羟基-9,10-蒽醌(3),阿江榄仁酸(4),2α,3β,24-三羟基齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸(5),2α,3β,19α,24-四羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸(6),2α,3β,24-三羟基乌苏酸(7),2α,3β,23-三羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸(8)和胡萝卜苷(9)。化合物1~9均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Nine compounds were isolated from 95% ethanol extract of Euphorbia rhynchophylla by silica gel, MCI, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physico-chemical properties and NMR, MS and other spectral data Anthracenone (1), 1-methoxy-3,6-dihydroxy-2-hydroxymethyl-9,10-anthraquinone (2) (5), 1,2,3-trihydroxy-9,10-anthraquinone (3), acenaphthenic acid (4), 2α, 3β, 24- trihydroxyolean-12-ene- (6), 2α, 3β, 24-trihydroxysuuric acid (7), 2α, 3β, 23-trihydroxysuccinnate- 12-ene-28-acid (8) and daucosterhol (9). Compounds 1 to 9 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
