通过分析数控系统如何来控制机床的运动进给,构造了实现精度再生的系统模型。并将基于多体系统理论的几何误差补偿技术应用到数控系统中,开发了仿真补偿软件,达到了理想的补偿效果。
By analyzing how the numerical control system controls the movement of the machine tool, a system model for realizing the precision regeneration is constructed. And the geometric error compensation technology based on multi-body system theory is applied to the numerical control system. The simulation compensation software is developed and the ideal compensation effect is achieved.
