用溶液聚合的方法,联苯二酚、甲苯二异氰酸酯、丁二醇三元共缩聚合成了具有液晶性的主链型聚氨酯,在二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)溶剂体系中研究了酚羟基与芳族二异氰酸酯反应的条件,并用偏光显微镜法,示差扫描量热法和广角X射线衍射法研究了聚氨酯的液晶性质,证明合成的聚氨酯显示向列型液晶态,并且有较宽的液晶温度范围。
The main chain polyurethane with liquid crystallinity was synthesized by solution polymerization, biphenyl diol, toluene diisocyanate and butanediol, and the copolymerization of phenolic hydroxyl group with Aromatic diisocyanate reaction conditions, and the liquid crystal properties of polyurethanes were investigated by polarized light microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and wide-angle X-ray diffraction. The results show that the synthesized polyurethanes exhibit nematic liquid crystal states and have a wide liquid crystal temperature range .
