笔者在咨询工作中,曾有幸与国内几家规模较大的安防企业内部管理高层有过接触,他们都认同人才尤其是企业的高级管理者对于企业超越竞争对手的重要性。但是,在另一方面,他们也苦恼于高管人才的缺乏和流失。企业如何才能更好地激励高管、留住高管,使他们创造出更高的价值?笔者将结合多年的管理咨询经验和案例积累,与安防企业各位管理者探讨一些更适合自己企业的高管激励办法。
