介绍智能型通用位置闭环伺服控制系统,它以一维FuzyPID控制规律适应不同的控制对象,以零点漂移自动补偿功能消除模拟速度伺服单元对系统定位的影响,以死区补偿、螺距误差补偿、间隙补偿及模糊控制克服位置伺服系统的非线性,实现高精度的同步和位置控制,以修改控制参数方式提高控制系统的灵活性
This paper introduces the intelligent general position closed loop servo control system which adapts one-dimensional FuzyPID control law to different control objects and eliminates the influence of analog velocity servo unit on the system position by zero drift automatic compensation function. The dead zone compensation, pitch error compensation, Compensation and Fuzzy Control Overcome the non-linearity of position servo system to achieve high-precision synchronization and position control to modify the control parameters to improve the flexibility of the control system
