随着高炉的大型化和炼铁技术的发展,对冶金焦炭提出了更高的要求.本文对我国冶金系统一些重点企业的焦炭质量及其对高炉生产的影响进行了分析.近几年来,我国冶金焦炭质量和历史最好水平相比有所下降.而国外几个主要产钢国家为了满足大型高炉冶炼需要,焦炭质量都不断提高.为了提高我国焦炭质量,介绍了几种改善焦炭质量的新途径,如:选择合理的精煤灰份;采用备煤新工艺,包括煤料的选择破碎、配入型煤炼焦、预热煤炼焦等.并提出了改善焦炭质量的几点建议.
With the large-scale blast furnace and iron-smelting technology, metallurgical coke put forward higher requirements.In this paper, some key enterprises in China’s metallurgical system coke quality and its impact on blast furnace production were analyzed in recent years, China The quality of metallurgical coke has declined compared with the best level in history, while the quality of coke has been continuously improved in several major steel-making countries in foreign countries in order to meet the needs of large-scale blast furnace smelting.In order to improve the coke quality in our country, several new Ways, such as: choosing a reasonable amount of coal ash; the use of new coal preparation technology, including the choice of coal crushing, blending briquette coal, preheat coal coking, etc. And put forward some suggestions to improve the quality of coke.
