研制了直径600mm的高阻尼橡胶支座,研究了不同剪切应变下橡胶支座的等效水平刚度和等效阻尼比;制备了两片剪切型橡胶试件,探讨了以此模拟橡胶支座等效阻尼比的可能性。结果表明,试样和制品等效水平刚度均随剪切应变的增加而减小,两片剪切型橡胶试件测定的等效阻尼比与产品测得的等效阻尼比相近且都在0.2以上,在研究初期可用两片剪切法模拟测试橡胶支座的等效阻尼比。
A high-damping rubber bearing with a diameter of 600mm was developed. The equivalent horizontal stiffness and equivalent damping ratio of the rubber bearing under different shear strains were studied. Two pieces of shear rubber specimens were prepared, Seat equivalent damping ratio possibilities. The results show that the equivalent horizontal stiffness decreases with the increase of shear strain. The equivalent damping ratio measured by the two shear rubber specimens is similar to the equivalent damping ratio measured at 0.2 In the early stages of the study, two shearing methods were used to simulate the equivalent damping ratio of rubber bearings.
