目的研究一种植物复方消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对其杀菌效果及相关性能进行了实验室观察。结果该复方消毒剂含穿心莲、金银花、板蓝根提取物均为1 000 mg/L与20 g/L壳聚糖,为液体制剂。用该复方消毒剂原液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min,平均杀灭对数值为5.0。菌悬液内含25%小牛血清可使该复方消毒剂杀菌效果明显下降;消毒液pH值变化明显影响其杀菌效果。将该复方消毒剂密封储存于54℃恒温箱14 d后,其对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值下降为1.25。结论该植物复方消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌具有良好杀灭效果,但有机物、pH值变化对其杀菌效果有不良影响,储存性能不稳定。
Objective To study the killing effect of a plant compound disinfectant on Staphylococcus aureus. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test method was used to observe the bactericidal effect and related performance of the method. Results The compound disinfectant with andrographis, honeysuckle, Radix extract were 1 000 mg / L and 20 g / L of chitosan, a liquid preparation. The compound disinfectant solution on the suspension of Staphylococcus aureus role 5 min, the average kill logarithm of 5.0. Bacteria suspension containing 25% bovine serum can make the compound disinfectant bactericidal effect decreased significantly; disinfectant pH changes significantly affect the bactericidal effect. After the compound disinfectant was sealed and stored in a 54 ° C incubator for 14 days, the logarithm value of its killing effect on Staphylococcus aureus dropped to 1.25. Conclusion The plant compound disinfectants have a good killing effect on Staphylococcus aureus, but the change of pH value of organic compounds has an adverse effect on the bactericidal effect, and the storage performance is not stable.
