领导者是可以观察的,可以总结的,可以解释的,很多做法也是可以模仿的,可以评估的。通过参加ASPEN领导力项目还有其他一些领导力分享活动,笔者汇总了当下在全球领导力分享中的一些关键规则。领导者负有发现行动切入点的责任,但是平衡性往往是领导者能够带领团队前进的关键,因为组织具有多维度的特点,单一的行动可以推动前进,也可能导致组织力瓦解。
Leaders can be observed, can be summarized, can be explained, many practices are also imitable and can be assessed. By participating in the ASPEN Leadership Program and other leadership sharing activities, I summarize some of the key rules of the moment in global leadership sharing. Leaders are responsible for finding the starting point for action, but balance is often the key to the leader’s ability to lead the team because the organization is multidimensional, single action can move forward and it can lead to disorganization.
