目的:建立一种改良的兔晶状体上皮细胞体外培养的方法,提高晶体上皮细胞原代培养的成功率。方法:利用改良消化法对兔晶体上皮细胞进原代培养,对培养的细胞进行形态学观察。结果:接种48小时~72小时后即可见上皮细胞贴壁生长,具备上皮细胞的形态特点;约7天后融合。传至5代后,细胞明显成纤维细胞化。结论:此种方法经济简便,可为各种实验提供兔晶体上皮细胞。
Objective: To establish a modified rabbit lens epithelial cells in vitro culture method to improve the success rate of primary cultured human lens epithelial cells. Methods: Primary cultured rabbit lens epithelial cells were cultured by modified digestion, and the cultured cells were observed morphologically. Results: 48 hours to 72 hours after inoculated epithelial cells can be seen adherent growth, with the morphological characteristics of epithelial cells; about 7 days after the fusion. After 5 passages, the cells were significantly fibroblasts. Conclusion: This method is simple and economical and can provide rabbit lens epithelial cells for various experiments.
