In the past, the loader working device was taken as the research object, and several common bucket automatic leveling systems and their advantages and disadvantages were introduced. The principle of dipper bidirectional horizontal electro-hydraulic control system is emphatically elaborated, and the relationship between the leveling process of bucket lifting and lowering and the cylinder is analyzed. By analyzing the test data to determine the best technical solutions to optimize the front loader structure and improve its work efficiency and performance.
