目的 探讨肺细支气管肺泡癌对1 8氟脱氧葡萄糖 (FDG)的摄取特点。方法 对 1998年 12月至 2 0 0 2年 4月间 2 2例肺细支气管肺泡癌病人的FDG 正电子发射体层显像 (PET)检查资料进行分析 ,测取病变组织的最大与平均标准摄取值 (SUVmax与SUVmean)及正常肺组织的标准摄取值 (SUVlung)。所有病人的病变均手术切除明确诊断。结果 2 2例病人中 ,细支气管肺泡癌组织的FDG摄取均高于相应的正常肺组织 (P <0 0 0 1)。SUVmax、SUVmean和SUVlung分别为 2 99± 1 35、2 2 8± 1 0 5和 0 38±0 0 9。细支气管肺泡癌SUV与肿瘤大小正相关 (P <0 0 0 5 )。 14例 (6 3 6 % )SUVmean与 9例 (40 9% )SUVmax低于 2 5。结论 肺细支气管肺泡癌组织的FDG摄取高于正常肺组织 ,但是许多细支气管肺泡癌SUV低于 2 5 ,造成了FDG PET检查中的假阴性。
Objective To investigate the uptake of 18-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) by bronchioloalveolar carcinoma. Methods The data of FDG positron emission tomography (PET) examination of 22 patients with pulmonary bronchioloalveolar carcinoma from December 1998 to April 2002 were analyzed and the maximum and average standard of diseased tissues were measured Uptake values (SUVmax and SUVmean) and normal lung tissue uptake (SUVlung). All patients with lesions were surgically removed a clear diagnosis. Results In 22 patients, the uptake of FDG in bronchioloalveolar carcinoma was higher than that in corresponding normal lung tissue (P <0.01). SUVmax, SUVmean and SUVlung were 2 99 ± 1 35,2 2 8 ± 1 0 5 and 0 38 ± 0 0 9, respectively. SUV of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma was positively correlated with tumor size (P <0 05). 14 cases (63.6%) SUVmean and 9 cases (40.9%) SUVmax less than 25. Conclusions FDG uptake in the bronchioloalveolar carcinoma is higher than in normal lung tissue, but many SABs in bronchioloalveolar carcinoma are less than 25, causing false negatives in FDG PET.
