本文采用小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验,就市售7种人们经常食用的蔬菜菜汁对环磷酰胺(CP)诱发小鼠染色体断裂的抑制作用进行了研究。结果表明,不同浓度的新鲜菜汁均可使环磷酰胺诱发的小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞(PCE)微核率明显降低,其抑制率在19.41%~63.53%,且呈现一定的剂量-效应关系。其中胡萝卜汁对小鼠骨髓PCE微核率抑制作用最为显著。
In this study, the micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow cells was used to study the inhibitory effect of vegetable juice, which is commonly consumed on the market, on the chromosome breakage in mice induced by cyclophosphamide (CP). The results showed that different concentration of fresh vegetable juice could reduce the micronuclei rate of cyclophosphamide-induced mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes (PCE), with the inhibitory rate of 19.41% -63.53% Dose-response relationship. One carrot juice on mouse bone marrow PCE micronucleus rate of the most significant inhibition.
