交通运输部救助飞行队隶属于交通运输部救助打捞局,是我国唯一一支专业海上救助飞行力量。交通运输部救助打捞局负责我国沿海及相关水域的船舶、设施和航空器等水上人命救助;以人命救助为目的的海上消防、船舶和水上设施的财产救助;承担国家特殊的政治、军事、救灾等抢险救助任务;代表中国政府履行有关国际公约和双边海运协定等国际义务。交通运输部救助打捞局下设3个救助局、3个打捞局和4个救助飞行队,其中飞行队包括北海第一救助飞行队(北一飞)、东海第一救助飞行队(东一飞)、东海第二救助飞行队(东二 Ministry of Transport relief flight under the Ministry of Transportation salvage bureaus, China is the only one professional maritime rescue flying force.
