本文阐述了适用于石油化工企业安全生产事故应急救援全过程的事故监测预警平台的整体结构和实现要点,主要从石化企业的生产和事故特点出发,结合安全生产事故应急救援过程中各环节的业务需求,提出监测预警平台的建设目标和适用范围,对平台的需求进行分析,并进一步对平台的构建思路进行讨论.
