比较18份春播谷子品种(系)的农艺性状及其生育期,分析春播谷子品种农艺性状的遗传变异及其相关性。结果表明,茎秆重、穗粒重及单穗重的变异系数较大,千粒重和出谷率的变异系数较小;穗长和穗柄长、单穗重、穗粒重及产量间相关性不显著(P>0.05);单穗重和穗粒重间相关系数达极显著水平(P<0.01)。对7个表型性状主成分分析结果显示前4个主成分的累计贡献率达92.10%,单穗重和穗粒重可作为评价谷子品种的首选性状,其次为株高和穗柄长最后是千粒重因子。
The agronomic traits and their growth stages of 18 spring-sown millet varieties (lines) were compared, and the genetic variations and their correlations of agronomic traits in spring sown millet varieties were analyzed. The results showed that the coefficient of variation of stem weight, spike weight and single spike weight was larger, and the coefficient of variation of 1000-grain weight and yield ratio was smaller. The correlation between spike length and ear length, single spike weight, grain weight per spike and yield was not (P> 0.05). The correlation coefficient between single spike weight and grain weight per spike was extremely significant (P <0.01). The principal component analysis of seven phenotypic traits showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first four principal components was 92.10%. The single ear weight and the grain weight per ear were the preferred traits for evaluating the millet varieties, followed by the plant height and the ear length Thousand grain weight factor.
