将野生型果蝇分别培养于含0,10,100,150,200,25O,35O,500,700,1000ppm敌枯双的果蝇培养基上,在25℃交配、产卵6d.子代成蝇羽化后,每天检查其外部畸形并计数.解毒试验组加烟酰胺(NA)、敌枯双(Bis-A-TDA)各200ppm于培养基中.实验结果表明:(1)敌枯双对果蝇的胚胎毒性随剂量增加而上升.(2)烟酰胺能部分解除敌枯双对果蝇的胚胎毒性.(3)低剂量敌枯双(10—100ppm)处理,能增加子代成蝇的羽化数,有促进作用.
The wild-type flies were cultured in Drosophila medium containing 0, 10, 100, 150, 200, 25O, 35O, 500, 700 and 1000 ppm dwarf double and mating at 25 ℃ for 6 days. Deformity and count.The detoxification test group was supplemented with 200ppm of nicotinamide (NA) and Bis-A-TDA in the medium respectively.The experimental results showed that: (1) embryo toxicity of Doxycycline increased with dose (2) Nicotinamide could partially relieve the embryotoxicity of Dizocton on Drosophila. (3) The treatment of low doses of dizocilpine (10-100 ppm) could increase the number of eclosion of the progeny to the adult flies and promote the embryo toxicity.
