在概括分析我国军用装备环境条件与现有试验人员、水平、设施和研究状况的基础上，预计了环境试验发展的方向，并结合型号需求，对我国军口环境工程今后在技术管理、设备配置和技术发展方面提出了下述构想与建议：统一规划，行业归口，重大专用（特殊）试验项目分别认可，加快试验研究中心建设，改造陈旧设施，补全项目缺项，进行基本环境数据研究分析，开展环境工程基础课题研究，建立环境数据库，加强信息交流等。
