1998～2001年底,市、区两级政府投入资金对东门商业步行街区进行全面改造,使之成为集商贸、购物、游乐、观光、休闲、居住、办公为一体的多功能现代商业形态,集聚能力和辐射效应得到了进一步增强。本文在分行业层次抽样调查及分时段测算人流相结合的基础上,对东门商业步行街区的经营状况进行了分析,提出了进一步发展的对策:突出特色,实行错位发展;加强服务,增强商业聚合力和辐射力;调整结构,改进完善服务功能;加强宣传,进一步提高知名度;疏通路道,解决交通拥堵、停车难问题;挖掘内涵,提高文化品位;盘活物业,提高资源利用率;诚信守法,强化税源监控管理。
From the end of 1998 to the end of 2001, the municipal and district governments invested funds to carry out a full-scale transformation of Dongmen Commercial Pedestrian Street into a multi-functional modern business form integrating trade, shopping, amusement, sightseeing, leisure, residence and office work. Capacity and radiation effects have been further enhanced. Based on a sample survey at industry level and a combination of time-flow estimation and flow of people, the paper analyzes the operating conditions of the commercial pedestrian street in Dongmen, and proposes countermeasures for further development: highlighting features, implementing dislocation development, strengthening services, and strengthening business.
