颞下颌关节疾病很常见,故临床要求作颞下颌关节X线检查者也较多。由于颞下颌关节解剖结构特殊,常不易获得满意的X线片。常规采取25°侧位,即乳突薛氏位(Sch(?)llars)法摄颞颌关节片,需同时拍摄左右侧开闭口位。因X线穿透的范围过宽,产生二次射线过多,使胶片灰雾,影响照片的清晰度。同时患者非投照器官也接受了较大较多的不必要照射。为了尽可能减少二次散乱射线对照片的影响,又能使受检者免受不必要的照射,本院十多年来采用了定点小光圈投照颞颌关节的方法,现将该法及其测试结果报道如下。
